GymOn is an interactive program designed specifically to target children, both athletic and not, to step up their fitness goals at home.

Designed by Mikhail and Anna Margulis, the founders of Peninsula Gymnastics (San Mateo, CA) along with their certified staff discovered that among the hundreds of workout videos targeted towards adults, there were very few for children.

GymOn combines the knowledge of years of experienced gymnastics coaches, Pilates instructors, prima ballet dancers turned teachers and more. GymOn’s audience is male and female gymnasts, dancers, and any child who wants to get in shape and improve their overall coordination, flexibility and strength.

Peninsula Gymnastics Coaches and GymOn Staff will guide you through the exercises, which vary by level and increase in difficulty. GymOn offers levels for every skill range with the promise to always be updating and adding more videos for recurring customers.

With gym classes being cut in many school districts and busy schedules it can be hard to make time for exercise. Our goal is to teach kids safely and consistently from their homes and help them create healthy habits for life.

We believe a fifteen minute lesson several times a week with professional Coaches on-line and under parent’s supervision can have a huge influence on a child’s concentration, strength, and flexibility.
